Eine "W3C Recommendation" ist doch wie es der Name schon sagt nur eine Empfehlung und kein richtiger Standard wie ISO oder DIN, oder nicht?

anscheinend beides, also Empfehlung + Standard

aber nicht verpflichtend zb für Html 5 ?
man kann sich also den Po abwischen oder es lassen
oder weiter Blätter von Pflanzen verwenden

ISO und DIN würde ich auch nicht in einen Topf werfen, btw
